Delivery Policy

We can deliver anywhere in the Metropolitan Melbourne & greater suburbs areas and can provide a same day delivery if your order is placed before 1pm. All orders placed after 1pm can be delivered the following day or the selected date in the future.

Please contact our store directly to arrange a national or international delivery. For flowers, we will arrange beautiful flowers to be delivered by a trusted florist in your chosen area. For all other products, we will provide you with a delivery price and timeframe.

Urgent Delivery – Please call our store on 03 9532 9910 for an express or timed delivery service. Additional charges apply.

Delivery charges are not included in the product price, but is added during the checkout process and appears in the price breakdown. Delivery charges vary depending on the destination chosen as well as the delivery date and time. – Shannon please confirm



Refunds, Returns and Cancellation policy

Flowers

To assist in the longevity of your flowers please ensure you follow these simple steps:

1. Remove all leaves from below the water line.

2. With all posies, bouquets, and cut flowers re-cut the stems on an angle before placing them in a clean vase of cool water.

3. Place the flowers in a cool place away from direct sunlight and heating or cooling machines.

4. Re-cut the stems and change the water every few days.

5. All self-contained boxes and vases will need their water topped up on arrival and the water level checked every two to three days. All plants require different levels of care. If you have received an orchid or succulent, be careful not to over water it. Please contact us if you would like additional information on caring for a plant.



All products

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please call us on 03 9523 9910 within 24 hours so that we can resolve any problems. It is our policy that we will collect the original item and send you a new one or refund the full value of the product.

This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product. All products must be returned in their original condition.

24 hours’ notice is required for all cancellations where a full refund will be processed on to the credit card used for the transaction.
